I thought people might like to read the article that Susan Mankita (administrator of SocialWorkChat.org) wrote for the current issue (Summer 2008) of THE NEW SOCIAL WORKER.  The article talks about benefits of chatting for social workers and some of the history of this site.  You can read it at:
