Social Work Chat is No Longer Active
Thank you for your interest in Social Work Chat. NASW and The New Social Worker no longer host and manage this site for the profession. Instead, you can find many wonderful conversations between social workers in social media. Here are a few of your options:
Join more than 64,000 social workers for conversations and resources about clinical practice, policy issues, and ethical dilemmas. You will need a LinkedIn page of your own to participate, but you can post questions and comments for peers any time you like.
NASW participates in regular Twitter chats on a range of topics. Check out our NASW Twitter feed for the next planned live online discussion and always feel free to tweet us your topic suggestions.
If you want to know what’s current at NASW and how you might get involved with national and chapter advocacy efforts, join thousands of social work professionals, students and other human service supporters on NASW Facebook.
The New Social Worker
The New Social Worker Magazine is an online resource for social work students and new professionals. With more than 130,000 followers, this partner site offers a variety of articles and resources to help those joining the social work field.
